Upcoming events and dedications this holiday season:

November 15th, 2008: Women's Build Kickoff Ceremony
We're breaking ground on the latest Women's Build located at 1109 N. 21st Street, in Ft. Pierce. Ceremony begins at 10:30am. Meet the future homeowner and find out how construction begins on a new Habitat home. Mayor Bob Benton and other local dignitaries will also be there.   

December 6th, 2008: Saintil Dedication
Witness our 31st St. Lucie Habitat home dedication at 702 N. 18th Street, Ft. Pierce. The dedication begins at 9:00am and will include speeches by our board president and local sponsors. Be part of the excitement as the Saintil family receives the keys to their new home. Snacks and refreshments to follow. 

December 13th, 2008: Heathcote Botanical Gardens Holiday Market and Juried Art Show
Join us from 10:00am - 4:00pm at the Heathcote Botanical Gardens, 210 Savannah Rd.,Ft. Pierce. Shop for special gifts including original art, "fair trade" imports, books, unique handmade gifts along with ethnic foods and holiday treats. St. Lucie Habitat will be offering unique "Building Blocks" made with leftover wood from prior Habitat builds. These exclusive blocks have the St. Lucie Habitat logo on the front and make great gifts in honor of a friend or family member. For the person who has everything, your donation will help another low income family realize the dream of owning a new home. Please come out and support us at this great event. Free admission and live entertainment! 

December 20th, 2008: Starks Dedication
Our 32nd home dedication takes place at 1210 Avenue G in Ft. Pierce. Rejoice with us as we present the keys to the Starks family. The celebration begins at 9:00am.
